Berlin, as always, is the center of all that is new in the art scene.
Once again this amazing city gave birth to yet another art project.
We’ve interviewed its creators, read what they have to say…
1. Could you tell us a little bit about the project?
The project LVRS started last summer when three friends thought about the possibility of uniting, under serigraphy, all the possible visual arts.
In the project, which is always open to new collaborations, you can find artists of different fashions: from tattoo to street artists, from graphic designers to photographers.
All of our products are made in Italy and hand printed in Berlin.
For the summer 2013 we’re planning to come out with 3 new categories: Unisex tees, oversize tanks and maxi tees. We’ll present the 10 designs in a private party during the bread and butter next week.
We strongly believe that serigraphy is the element which makes our product unique.
2. How did it start?
It all started for fun, but unifying art and fashion – far from the business fixed stereotypes – has always been of my lifelong dream.
3. What are your goals for the project?
Our hope for the future is the growth of this project in which we strongly believe, let’s keep our fingers crossed!
4. Why Berlin?
Berlin is the perfect cradle for such project. It’s a city in which realizing something new is highly doable and also offers a large number of possible collaborations being one of the focal points of the international artistic scene.
