Barbara Ì Gongini graduated in 1996 from Denmarks Designschool, Institute of Unica Design. She has been involved in many design-related activities and has received several design awards and grants. Furthermore, Barbara Ì Gongini has been a member of several design adjudicating committees, etc. In 2008 Barbara Ì Gongini was awarded a work-grant from the Danish Arts Agency, a unit of the Danish Ministry of Culture.

Dutch designer Iris van Herpen started in 2007 with her own label, she presented her fall 2011 couture collection “Epicalism” in Paris. This collection is characterized by futuristic volume and interlaced fabrics on  structured dresses each design is intricate comprised of black,white, beige and grey colors and they were made out of unconventional fabrics, like a mix of silk and metal. Iris van Herpes collaborated from the spring/summer collection with United Nude´s company in the design process of shoes and hats. Season by season she shows us her creativity to renew the female form with innovation and ability.
